Susie Young, Secretary
Susie Young is married to Mike Young. They have three children, Hillary, 20, Austen, 16, and Ethan, 12. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She later received her Master’s of Education in Counselor Education from Texas Christian University located in Fort Worth, Texas. Middle Tennessee State is where Susie obtained her School Counseling License. She is currently employed by Tullahoma City Schools as East Middle School’s School Counselor. Susie is originally from Louisiana but has lived in Tullahoma for 10 years. She is a member of King’s Cross Church, Tullahoma, American School Counselor Association and Tennessee Counseling Association.

Linda Baker
Linda Baker is a life- long resident of Coffee County. She graduated from Coffee County Central High School. Linda has an Associates Degree from Motlow State Community College and a BSW in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University. Linda was previously employed at Centerstone for ten years where she worked as a case manager and a team leader for the Children and Youth Case Management Program. While at Centerstone she was awarded Case Manager of the Year. Linda also worked at the Coffee County Children’s Advocacy Center for a short time as the family advocate. Currently, she is Deputy Director of Coffee County Adult Probation Services. Ms. Baker also does contract work for the Excellence at East after school program at East Coffee. Linda is married to her high school sweetheart Anthony Baker. They have two children, Caleb who attends Coffee County Central High School, and Cade who attends Coffee County Middle School. She is a member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. Linda is very involved in community related activities. She likes to bring out all the positives in people. Her motto is “everyone is good at something-you might just have to dig a little deeper to find it in some people”. She desires to bring about positive change in people and her community as a whole.
Margaret Cunningham
Richard Randolph
Richard Randolph, Pharm D., graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 1992 and was awarded the Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Community Pharmacy Internship Award. He then completed an ASHP-accredited residency in Pharmacy Practice at University Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL in 1993.
After a brief stay in Clarksville, TN, Richard moved to Manchester in 1996 to work at Marcrom’s Pharmacy, where he currently practices and serves as the Clinical Services and Education Director. He is a part-time Assistant Professor with the U.T. College of Pharmacy and serves as student coordinator for pharmacy students from several pharmacy schools across the country. He has certifications from U.T. in Immunizations, Diabetes and Asthma, and in 2000, he was awarded the Tennessee Young Pharmacist of the Year.
Richard is a member of the Tennessee Pharmacists Association, the TennCare Retro-DUR Board, and the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators (NADDI). He and his wife of 18 years (Pascale) have 2 children (Scott, 15 and Eric, 10). They are members of First Baptist Church, where Richard currently serves as a Sunday School leader.
B. Ken Stewart
Ken Stewart is the Regional Director for Centerstone’s Southeast Region. He has over 30 years’ experience in his field. Ken is licensed as a Senior Psychological Examiner who holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Wesleyan College. He is certified by the International Critical Stress Foundation and works with public safety staff following critical situations and disasters.
Ken lives in Moore County with his wife, Charlene. She works as an Emergency Room nurse at Stonecrest Hospital and as an Industrial Health nurse at Nissan in Decherd, TN. Ken and Charlene have one grown son, Will, who lives in Austin, TX and works as a Biomedical Engineer. Ken is a member of the Blues Foundation and works with their annual International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN. He is an avid hiker and enjoys traveling internationally.
Sgt. Morris Vanattia
Sgt. Morris Vanattia, married for 31 years to his wife Carol, they have 3 children: Angela age 26, Jedidiah age 18 and Jeremiah age 15. Morris has worked for the Coffee County Sheriff's Department for the past 27 years during which time he has worked in Corrections, Patrol, School Resource Officer, Community Service Officer and Warrants. For the past 15 years Morris has served as the D.A.R.E. and G.R.E.A.T. program director / instructor for the county school system. Morris has a combined 32 years in Law Enforcement which includes working for the Tullahoma Police Department and having served in the U.S. Army as a military policeman.
